Evervent has been using Evalgator to conduct assessments for over a year. Their hiring team faced challenges in scheduling assessments according to the availability of candidates. They had to create and schedule new assessments each time a candidate missed an assessment. Keeping track of assessments attended by candidates was also a concern.

Our solution
Evalgator introduced a high level of flexibility to the candidate assessment process at Evervent. We introduced multi-slot assessments and a universal candidate search feature to tackle the challenges faced by the hiring team.
Multi-slot assessments allow the client to offer candidates a range of time slots to attend assessments. The client just needs to select a start date and an end date. Candidates can then choose a slot that works best for them and attend assessments at their convenience.
The universal candidate search feature enables the client to conveniently access details of all the candidates they have assessed on Evalgator. This centralized hub allows the client to view the list of candidates, their profiles, and connected assessments, all in one place.
